This website is operated by Eagle Dental Group throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eagle Dental Group. Eagle offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, (Customer/User) conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Online Store Terms

  1. Order and acceptance

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Any offer subject to Eagle's acceptance and may be refused at Eagle discretion, for example in cases where:

  1. Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided B. There is an error on the web-shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error related to the price or description of the product as displayed in the shop. C. The products that you have ordered are no longer available/out of stock.

After Eagle received your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If by any reason you did not receive an email contact Eagle support before placing another order for the same product. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched confirming that your order has been For any further questions, comments, or concerns regarding Eagle purchase policy, please contact Eagle.

  1. Product Availability

Eagle will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the website, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and Eagle may do so without first giving any notice of the changes. Changes made will not affect previous purchases/orders.

  1. Cancellation/Return policy

Eagle doing its best to provide our clients 100% satisfaction with our wide range of products. Along with the finest quality given, we are doing our best to maintain long-term personal relation with our clients.

However, every customer has his own unique needs and if by any reason you find our products not satisfying and not answering your needs please do let us know and we will do our best to assist and/or refund in case necessary.

  1. Refunds/Exchanges in case of a faulty product

If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a pre-order product which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, which does not correspond to the description on the web shop, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by MSDI-ltd.

Product must be shipped back to Eagle Company for further observation. Shipping cost will be fully covered by Eagle . Please contact Eagle explaining which part came faulty, and ask for your full refund/exchange.

Adding a photo of the faulty product will contribute Eagle during the investigation.

  1. Refunds/Exchanges for non-faulty merchandise

You can exercise the right to cancel an order for pre-order product in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by Eagle Company.

To return a non-faulty product please contact Eagle as soon as possible, and ask for exchange/refund. The related product must be shipped back to Eagle at your own cost, fully sealed, and untouched in its original package.

Eagle  reserve your right to return any product within 14 days after the product is received.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or any failure in performance resulting from acts beyond the control of Eagle, such as local post delays in services, wars, epidemics, governmental regulations superimposed after the fact, fires, communication line failures, power failures, earthquakes and any similar disasters.

  1. Personal Information

When you create your Online-Store shop account and place an order through the web shop, you will be providing Eagle your personal information. You agree that Eagle may disclose personal information to our database. Eagle will use your personal information to process your orders, and to deliver the merchandise ordered and for other limited purposes.

The contract for sales of pre-order products will be solely between you and Eagle Company and is governed by the laws of Israel
