Return, Exchange & Refund Policy - Everything you need to know

RETURN PERIOD

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Please note that customers are generally responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@eagle-dental-burs.com. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs for these cases.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including Services and Used Products. Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you may purchase the new item separately. Please contact us for details: Support@eagle-dental-burs.com .

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at Support@eagle-dental-burs.com.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or one that does not match the description on our website, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Contact us at Support@eagle-dental-burs.com with details of the issue and a photo of the faulty product. We will cover the return shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR NON-FAULTY MERCHANDISE

For non-faulty merchandise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The item must be returned in its original, sealed packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from receipt.
