Refunds/Exchanges in case of a faulty product
If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a pre-order product which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, which does not correspond to the description on the web shop, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by MSDI-ltd. Product must be shipped back to Eagle Company for further observation. Shipping cost will be fully covered by Eagle . Please contact Eagle explaining which part came faulty, and ask for your full refund/exchange. Adding a photo of the faulty product will contribute Eagle during the investigation.
Refunds/Exchanges for non-faulty merchandise
You can exercise the right to cancel an order for pre-order product in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by Eagle Company. To return a non-faulty product please contact Eagle as soon as possible, and ask for exchange/refund. The related product must be shipped back to Eagle at your own cost, fully sealed, and untouched in its original package. Eagle reserve your right to return any product within 14 days after the product is received.
