Q: What type of Dental Burs do you offer?

Q: Are your burs compatible with all dental handpieces?

A: Each bur has a different shank: FG - for high speed, RA - for low speed, and HP - for low rotational speed. Make sure to order the bur & shank you need!

Q: What is the delivery time for my order?

A: We aim for 24-48 hours handling time. Then, we ship orders via a private courier (usually DHL express) to ensure a fast delivery worldwide. The actual delivery time vary between 2 to 7 business days (in most cases).

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or repeat customers?

A: We offer occasional discounts on special events (i.e. Black Friday, Memorial Day, etc..). However, if you wish to purchase regularly in bulk, feel free to contact us to get a special offer. 

Q: Can I track my order once it's shipped?

A: Yes! You will get an email with tracking number and a link for tracking. If you don't get it, please contact us so we can help you out :)

Q: What is your return and exchange policy for dental burs?

A: We aim to provide 100% satisfaction with every order. If you received the wrong product, you will be able to ship it back to us (at your own expense) and we will replace it for you. In case a product was broken or defected, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the shipping fees and replace it for you. Q: How do I know if a specific bur is in stock? 

A: When a product goes out of stock, you will not be able to order it. So every product available is on stock. In some rare cases, the stock isn't updated, and our team will reach out to you to find a solution (exchange, refund or wait).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, ApplePay and Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners. Please contact us for alternative payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Western Union or Money Gram.

Q: Do you ship internationally, and what are the shipping costs?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! The shipping cost is $30 USD or free of charge for orders over $250 USD.

Q: How do I properly sterilize and maintain my dental burs?

A: Clean them thoroughly after each use, remove debris with a brush or ultrasonic cleaner, and follow autoclave instructions at the recommended temperature. Always check the manufacturer’s guidelines and instructions of use for specific sterilization protocols.
